Absolute Mobile Home Closings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides manufactured and mobile home settlement services to real estate agents, buyers, and sellers across Central Pennsylvania. This page explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:
We do not use cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers to monitor visitors on this site, and we do not collect information about you simply for browsing these pages.
Information submitted through these forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to prepare and coordinate a manufactured or mobile home closing — including title work, tax certifications, settlement documents, and communication with the agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and communities involved in that transaction. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Both forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission directly to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not store submitted content beyond what's needed to deliver it, and processes it under its own privacy and security practices. We don't use a separate database or CRM to store submissions outside of our email.
This site displays Google reviews through a third-party widget provided by Trustindex. Loading that widget may involve Trustindex's own scripts and, depending on your browser, minimal technical data (like your general browser type) being read by their service in order to display reviews. We don't control or receive that data ourselves — see Trustindex's own privacy policy for details on their practices.
We do not set cookies of our own on this site. Third-party services embedded on certain pages — such as the Google reviews widget mentioned above — may set minimal cookies or use similar technology as part of how they operate; these are controlled by that third party, not by us. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings if you'd prefer not to allow them.
This site may link to outside websites or resources — for example, agent checklists, PennDOT, or your lender's site. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
This website and our services are intended for adults involved in real estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
We retain information related to a closing transaction for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the transaction and to satisfy our recordkeeping obligations. General contact inquiries that don't lead to a transaction are kept only as long as needed to respond to you.
You're always welcome to contact us to ask what information we have on file related to you, request a correction, or request deletion of information that isn't required for an active or completed transaction or our legal recordkeeping obligations. Reach out using the information below.
If you're wondering about tracking-related opt-outs — like disabling analytics, or signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" — this site simply doesn't use any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools in the first place (see "Information we collect" above), so there's nothing to opt out of. Your browser's own cookie settings still apply to the third-party Google reviews widget, as noted above.
Submissions to this site are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
We may update this page from time to time as our practices or the services we use change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
