
Kate Greene brings years of experience in the legal and real estate space, with a focus on manufactured and mobile home transactions. She holds a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in real estate from Texas A&M University School of Law and is also a REALTOR®.
That combination gives her a practical understanding of contracts, deadlines, and communication — along with insight into how manufactured home closings differ from traditional real estate transactions.
Kate approaches each transaction with an emphasis on clarity, organization, and follow-through. She believes that when expectations are clear and communication is consistent, even complex closings can move forward smoothly and with less stress for everyone involved.
